線上跑玩法 VR INSTRUCTIONS

1. 起跑前先安裝運動紀錄程式,一次紀錄完成時間、距離及路線。
Before your run, install a running app to record the time, distance, and route of the run.

建議程式 RECOMMENDED APPS 
STRAVA (iOS | Android)、Garmin、POLAR、COROS、ETC.

2. 完成後*使用上載專頁,將活動紀錄上載分享。大會只統一接受 STRAVA 提交紀錄成績, STRAVA 帳戶需設定為公開,所有參加者必須提交 STRAVA 活動紀錄連結。上傳記錄必須清楚顯示運動日期、時間、距離及路線圖,用以計算成績之用。
Upon finishing, upload your GPX record(s) with Strava website links. Only Strava record is accepted and the record must be set as "Everyone can see".  Uploaded records should clearly show the activity date, time, distance, and GPX route for result calculation.

4. 提交之活動紀錄以經過時間 (Elapsed Time) 計算,移動時間 (Running Time) 不適用
FINISH TIME IS BASED ON ELAPSED TIME, RUNNING TIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

5. 只能上載紀錄一次,大會只會利用首次上載之紀錄計算成績。重覆上載之紀錄,均視作無效。
RUNNERS CAN UPLOAD ONLY ONCE. THE ORGANIZER WILL USE THE FIRST UPLOAD TO DETERMINE THE FINAL RESULTS. DUPLICATED UPLOADS WILL BE DISREGARDED.

6. 線上跑設總排名及組別排名,不設獎頂。
OVERALL AND AGE CATEGORY RANKINGS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE. NO AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN.

規則及注意事項 IMPORTANT RULES

1. 參加者必須自力走畢全程。
Runners must complete the race under their own power.

2. 參加者可於2022年12月21日至2023年1月21日内,任何時間出發。
Runners can start anytime between December 21, 2022 and January 21, 2022.

3. 30KM 限時10小時,45KM 限時12小時,必須一次過完成。
Total time allowed for 30KM and 45KM are 10 hours and 12 hours respectively. Runners must complete in one go.

4. 100KM 總限時32小時,可一次、兩次或三次完成 (必須按照預設分段,毋須順序)。
The total time allowed for 100KM is 32 hours. Runners can complete in one, two, or three go. (Must follow the designated sections, in no specific order)

5. 沿途不設大會支援點。
No checkpoints or aid stations will be set up on the course.

6. 沿途不設大會標示。
No marked signage on the course.

7. 完成後,一次過將完成紀錄(截圖或連結)上載
After finishing all sections, upload your GPX record(s) in screenshots or provide website links.

8. 主辦機構保留酌情修改比賽規則、路線、舉行時間及其他安排的權利。
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the race rules, course, schedule, and other race-related matters as deemed appropriate.

安全 SAFETY

1. 請勿在惡劣天氣下進行活動,請密切留意天文台之天氣預測。
Please pay close attention to the weather forecast by Hong Kong Observatory. Stop immediately in the event of extreme weather.

2. 路線上請格外小心,參加者應確保帶備足夠食物和飲料以完成活動。有關安全事項的進一步資料,可參閱AFCD網頁 http://www.afcd.gov.hk 所提供的安全提示。
Take great care on the course at all times. Ensure that you will have enough to eat and drink to reach your finish point. For further information on safety, please see the safety hints on the AFCD’s website at: http://www.afcd.gov.hk

3. 參加者請盡量避免單獨進行活動,惟請緊記遵守現行限聚規定 (12人)。
RUNNERS SHOULD AVOID RUNNING ALONE, BUT ALSO OBEY THE PUBLIC SOCIAL GATHERING RESTRICTION OF 12 PEOPLE.

流動電話覆蓋情況 MOBILE NETWORK COVERAGE

​大部分賽道均屬手提電話網絡覆蓋範圍,惟也有部分地區並無網絡覆蓋或存在接收訊號斷續情況。請到通訊辦查看覆蓋情況

Although there is mobile phone coverage over most of the course, there are some areas where coverage is either non-existent or intermittent. Check out the mobile network coverage on the OFCA website

責任和保險 LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

參加者必須對自己的健康和安全責任。我們建議您和您的支援隊伍成員購買個人意外保險。

Runners are responsible for their own health and safety. We recommend that you and your support crew have your own personal accident cover.

投訴 COMPLAINTS

任何投訴必須在完成路程後2天內以書面形式提出。 任何決定均為最終決定,恕不接受上訴。

All complaints must be made in writing within 2 days of completion of the course. Any decision is final and without appeal.
